After doing several posts on fashion and makeup I thought I would rant a bit about the food that I eat on a daily basis. When you have a full time job, cooking can seem like a daunting task. However, when I get home, I go straight to the kitchen, open my pantry, see what snacks I have and make something to feed my hungry stomach. Not going to lie, most of the times, I just reach out for a packed vegan snack but if I am in the mood to cook something, I go all out and prepare something from scratch like this Vegan Pizza!

My favorite junk food that I absolutely love is Pizza and even if you think Veganism is restricted and you have to sacrifice so many things, think again my friend! This Vegan Pizza is crazy delish and you can make it in a jiffy with just about any veggies that you have in your fridge.

What you'll need for this recipe:

Whole Wheat tortillas
Tomato Salsa Sauce
Veggies (I used Spinach, corn, tomatoes, onions)
Maggi Masala (you can use cayenne pepper if you don't have this but you can get the Maggi Masala at any indian store)
Vegan cheese

To make a pizza, just place you tortilla on a plate. Add the Tomato Salsa Sauce as your base sauce then add all your veggies on top. Sprinkle some salt and Maggi Masala on top - you can also add organo and chilli flakes depending on what seasonings you like on your pizza! Add some vegan cheese and put it in the pre-heated oven for about 10 minutes or until the crust is crunchy and the cheese on top has melted.

Whenever I get home early, I make this Vegan Pizza because not only is this delicious but it's also super healthy and a breeze to make. Let me know if you love Pizza and the toppings you like on yours!
